Arizona Science Center

Founded in 1984, the Arizona Science Center is a science museum located in Heritage and Science Park in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Home to over 350 hands-on exhibits, not just for kids, the Center provides 400,000 annual visitors with interactive experiences designed to excite curiosity and encourage exploration through science. The Arizona Science Center also has an IMAX theater, which features educational films about science and the natural world. In addition to its exhibits and programs, the Arizona Science Center also offers a variety of events and workshops throughout the year. These events are often geared towards families and children, but the center also hosts a monthly adult-only events.
