Kuhio Beach Park Hula Show

The Kuhio Beach Hula Show offers an authentic Hawaiian cultural experience in Waikiki. Held on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the show features traditional Hawaiian music and hula performances by esteemed halau hula (dance troupes). The event begins with the ceremonial blowing of the conch shell, setting the stage for an evening of captivating dance and melodies.

Located at the Kuhio Beach Hula Mound, the venue is situated on the ocean side of Kalakaua Avenue, near the Duke Kahanamoku Statue and diagonally across from the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa. The grassy area provides casual, outdoor seating; attendees are welcome to bring beach chairs, mats, or blankets for comfort. Please note that the show is weather-dependent and may be canceled if Kalakaua Avenue is closed for parades or street fairs.

This free event is sponsored by the Hawaii Tourism Authority, Aloha Festivals, the City & County of Honolulu, Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, and the Waikiki Improvement Association.
