Description
OdySea Aquarium is the largest aquarium in the Southwest US. Situated in Scottsdale the aquarium is a marine adventure that hugs the shores of the Salt River. Boasting over 500 different species across 50 exhibits, there's no shortage of aquatic life to behold here. The aquarium holds more than 2 million gallons of water and spans over 200,000 square feet. It also features interactive exhibits like a Stingray Touch Pool and Lighthouse Dive Experience.
Tips
Your first stop should be the restrooms in the lobby as it offers a surprise first glimpse of the aquarium.
Be sure to check other their event calendar as the aquarium hosts a number of cool events such as "Adult Night". OdySea is part of the Arizona Boardwalk that includes a number of other family friendly activates.
