Located at 226 Lewers Street in Honolulu, Roy’s Waikiki offers a sophisticated dining experience that blends Hawaiian and Asian-Pacific cuisines. Founded by award-winning chef Roy Yamaguchi, the restaurant has been a cornerstone of the Waikiki Beach Walk since 2007.
Signature Dishes:
Misoyaki Butterfish: A tender fish fillet marinated in miso, grilled to perfection, and served with seasonal vegetables.
Macadamia Nut Crusted Fresh Island Catch: A fresh catch encrusted with macadamia nuts, offering a delightful crunch and rich flavor.
Hibachi Grilled Salmon: Salmon grilled over an open flame, imparting a smoky flavor that complements its natural richness.

Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Friday to Sunday: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Visiting Tips:
Reservations: Due to its popularity, especially during peak dining hours, it’s advisable to make reservations in advance.
Parking: Valet parking is available at the Embassy Suites Hotel adjacent to the restaurant. Guests can enjoy validated parking for up to four hours for a fee of $8.00
