Description
Few know that Fountain Hills has been designated an International Dark Sky City. This means that the community has taken steps to reduce light pollution, making it an ideal place for amateur and professional astronomers alike. There are a number of places to look up and see the stars and catch a glimpse of the Milky Way. One partially good place to catch view the stars is the Hilltop at Sunridge Canyon which offers stunning views of the nearby mountains and desert landscape.
