The Orpheum Theater in Flagstaff, Arizona is an old movie house that was originally named the Majestic Opera House. The building was constructed in 1911, and was rebuilt and expanded in 1917. It was renamed the Orpheum when it reopened as a concert venue in 2002. The theater is best known for its classic film screenings, which began in the early days of Hollywood. The Orpheum also hosts a variety of other events, including live music and comedy shows. Today, the theater is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Flagstaff.
