The terms “Site” refers to www.wadoo.live (“Site”). On the Site, we provide information and resources to help plan a vacation and find things to do (“Content”).

The term “user”, client”, “customer”, “you”, and “your”, “creator” refers to visitors, users and customers of the Site and/or Services.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

By using our Site and/or Services, whether made available for purchase or not, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy (located at https://www.wadoo.live/privacy-policy/) and any other agreement that governs your use of our Site or Service (collectively, “Agreements”). Do not use our Site or Services if you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained in these Agreements.

You understand that wadoo cannot and does not assume responsibility for any such personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from your use of the products. Wadoo is not responsible for the misuse or misrepresentation of the information and/or data provided through the products, and any reliance you place on such information and/or data is therefore strictly at your own risk. You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions pursuant to your access, use, purchase or participation in any information, activity, good or service described in our Content, Itineraries, Site and/or Services or provided by any Travel Service Providers.

No use of Wadoo.live’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

Communication from Wadoo

As an Wadoo Member, you will receive access to certain features and functions of the Products that are not available to non-Members. By agreeing to become a Member you opt-in to receiving occasional special offers, marketing materials, surveys and Product-based communication emails. You can unsubscribe from Wadoo commercial emails by following the opt-out instruction in these emails. Wadoo memberships and Subscriptions (as defined below) are not transferable and therefore cannot be sold or exchanged or transferred in any way whatsoever.

Changing Fees and Charges

We may at any time and from time to time, in our sole discretion, change the fees and charges, or add new fees and charges, in relation to any of the Products.  Your continued use of the Products after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your membership or Subscription in your account settings or by emailing connect@wadoo.live

Subscription Payments

Payment processing for the Products will be performed by one of Wadoo’s third-party payment processors. As a condition of using the Payment Processor’s payment processing, you must provide accurate and complete information in connection with such payment processing, and you authorize us to share this information with the Payment Processor and to charge your Payment Method for all amounts that may become due under this Agreement. All bank, credit card, or other payment information is sent directly to and stored with the Payment Processor using its security protocols. Wadoo does not store your payment information on its systems and shall not have any responsibility for the safety or security of that information. Your use of the Payment Processor’s payment processing is conditioned upon your compliance with the Payment Processor Agreement, and if the Payment Processor Agreement is terminated by the Payment Processor, you may not be able to purchase a Subscription (as defined below), or you may have your use of the Products suspended or terminated. We may change or add other payment processing services at any time upon notice to you, which may be subject to additional terms or conditions.

The fee for a Subscription is billed at the start of the Initial Term and subject to automatic renewal. By providing our Payment Processor from which you purchased a Subscription with your Payment Method, you acknowledge and agree that our Payment Processor are authorized to charge your Payment Method for all charges due and payable under your Member Account, including:

• Fees for the Initial Term at the rate secured at the time of purchase;
• Fees for any Subscription term after the Initial Term (each, a “Renewal Term”). After your Initial Term, and again after any subsequent Renewal Term, your Subscription will automatically renew on the first day following the end of such period (each a “Renewal Commencement Date”) and continue for an additional equivalent period at Wadoo’s then-current price for such Subscription. You acknowledge and agree that you may be subject to this automatic renewal feature (even if you otherwise terminate your Member Account) unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the Renewal Commencement Date.

Creators

Any creator or user who uploads, emails or in any way other way gives information or images in the form of text, images, or other file types gives Wadoo LLC the right to use the information or images in any way, across our platform, print materials, other electronic forms of communication, and social media sites, in perpetuity.

THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES

We may provide links to other websites or services. You acknowledge that any interaction with such links is taken at your sole discretion and such links are provided for your convenience only. We do not review or endorse any of those websites or services. We are not responsible in any way for the availability of, the privacy practices of, the content, advertising, products, goods or other materials or resources on or available from, or the use that others make of these other websites or services. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or offense caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on such websites or services. 

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
