Welcome to Wadoo! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Wadoo website (www.wadoo.live) and any related services provided by Wadoo (“Platform”). Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Wadoo is a platform that provides virtual Guidebooks, allowing users to access and read books, as well as find information on various topics and places. The content provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
We may at any time and from time to time, in our sole discretion, change the fees and charges, or add new fees and charges, in relation to any of the Products. Your continued use of the Products after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your membership or Subscription in your account settings or by emailing connect@wadoo.live
a. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process and keeping your account credentials secure. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You shall not engage in any conduct that may disrupt the functionality of the Platform or infringe upon the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading malicious software, engaging in hate speech, harassment, or spamming.
a. User Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of the content they upload or submit to the Platform.
b. License to Use User Content: By uploading or submitting content to the Platform, you grant Wadoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. This license extends to the use of information and pictures in perpetuity, and users cannot delete such information or pictures without the consent of Wadoo.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wadoo and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own research, and Wadoo makes no guarantee to the authenticity of any information provided on the Platform.

Wadoo is not responsible for the misuse or misrepresentation of the information and/or data provided through the products, and any reliance you place on such information and/or data is therefore strictly at your own risk. You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions pursuant to your access, use, purchase or participation in any information, activity, good or service described in our Content, Itineraries, Site and/or Services or provided by any Travel Service Providers.
Wadoo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
